From an idea sparked to a beacon of empowerment, the HER Courage Leaders’ Summit 2025 will be held on 5 April at NTUC One Marina Boulevard, Singapore. The summit will gather trailblazers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, all committed to driving women's leadership in ASEAN.

Organized by Class Living, a women-owned enterprise committed to supporting women in business and personal development, the HER Courage Leaders’ Summit 2025 is not just an event it's a call to action. With strengthened networks in Singapore, Vietnam, and Brunei, the summit this year maximizes opportunities for women leaders in cross-border networking, mentorship, and business expansion.

One of the highlights of the year is the student video project, which will see youthful voices give their perspectives on leadership and in doing so offer insight into the hopes and frustrations that define the next generation of ASEAN women leaders.

This year's summit, with the theme "Inspiring Courage," will feature energetic panel discussions, impactful networking, and inspiring conversations with business leaders and women's empowerment champions. The day will culminate in the highly anticipated HER Courage Awards & Celebration Dinner, celebrating the 6th anniversary of Women of Courage Asia and honoring women who have best exemplified exceptional resilience and leadership.

It will be an evening celebrating bravery, a time to shatter barriers, and a chance to encourage others to boldly walk into leadership positions. "HER Courage Leaders’ Summit is not just a conference; it is a movement. The impact of the summit is not limited to Singapore, with the launch of the Transform with Courage Conference in Brunei in 2025, and expansion into the Philippines by 2026. These efforts are designed to provide platforms for women to establish strong networks and flourish as leaders in their communities without borders.

Class Living has collaborated with NTUC U Women & Family to strengthen mentorship and career development initiatives for women. The collaboration, with Ms. Yeo Wan Ling as Guest of Honour, seeks to empower women at every level of their careers. It encompasses activities such as NTUC's International Women's Day celebrations, including a fun walk and SHE Supports Friendship Circles.

The summit also collaborates with Extraordinary People, equipping caregivers with fresh skills, and PSB Academy to give aspiring women leader’s real-world industry exposure.
