IBT Learning Introduces The Women in Tech Scholarship Program

By: GWL Team | Tuesday, 3 January 2023

This week, IBT Learning, a rising star in the e-learning industry, announced the beginning of its Women in Tech Scholarship Program. The initiative is meant to give women from underrepresented groups access to training and employment opportunities in ICT.

No matter their background or professional experience, The Bootcamp is dedicated to giving women the chance, community, and tools they need to succeed in computing.

Free, instructor-led, and outcome-focused training in the disciplines of DevOps, Data Science, and Cloud Engineering will be made available through the IBT Women in Tech Scholarship Program. The use of projects and use cases from the real world will give learners the tools they need to construct substantial portfolios that they can present with confidence in interviews.

From 2020 to 2021, there was a 2.1% decline in the overall proportion of women working in tech-related fields.

Godspower Oboido, the founder and CEO of IBT Learning Solutions, stated, "Our goal is simply to encourage more women to pursue careers in IT and fill high-demand and high-paying roles, thus we are giving away $50,000 in total financing in 2023." "The scholarship provides broad-based job placement support after graduation and covers 100% of tuition."
