International Female HR Leaders Gather at SAP UAE Business Women's Network Event

In the realm of Human Resource (HR), Women leader from Europe, KSA and UAE had gathered during the SAP UAE Business Women's Network exclusive event that took place in October. The event was held with an intent to drive dialogue on diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) while discussing the role of AI in shaping HR future.

The event has been hosted in a collaboration with Advantage Consultores, Microsoft, and Connecting Women in Technology (CWIT) MENA, bringing C-level HR women executives together for sharing best HR practices and driving collaborations.

A global people and technology advisor Dr. Kate Barker who’s also the Chief Futurist from NEOM in KSA stated, “AI will revolutionise DE&I by eliminating unconscious bias in recruitment, promotions, compensation, and succession planning. It uses advanced data analytics to detect patterns of bias so organisations can make data-driven decisions to build diverse talent pools, ensuring equitable opportunities across the workforce. This fosters a workplace that is not only inclusive but also strategically aligned with long-term diversity goals, driving sustainable progress and innovation.”

The participants of the event took an exploration on AI for the enhancement of HR strategies, exchanging innovative ideas with one another.
