Jennifer Meade Becomes the first woman to serve as the President of Aldevron

Jennifer Meade registers her name as the first woman to lead Aldevron as a President. She took over the charges from Kevin Ballinger on 11 September 2023.

Aldevron is a biotechnology company based in Frago. A wide range of customized materials that are used in making vaccines, gene and cell therapies, immunotherapies, and molecular diagnostics are manufactured by this biotech company.

Jennifer is the third person to lead Aldevron as before her, Kevin Ballinger and Michael Chambers have served in the company.

According to Jennifer, she is proud to lead a company that helps to have an impact on the world. She has worked with good-performing teams and solved complex challenges for customers in her career which she wants to continue in this new position.

The life-changing vaccines, genomic medicines, and therapeutics made by Aldevron will have a great impact on the next generation, says Jennifer.

Aldevron has been established for 25 years. Before becoming the President of this company, Jennifer served as the general manager, of nucleic acids, for the company. She has been leading the strategic initiatives by making Improvements to better serve the market.

On becoming the first woman to lead the firm, Jennifer mentioned the importance of STEM fields and encouraged women and girls to participate in this field.

Jennifer has served as the President of Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions which is a part of Hologic, a women's healthcare firm before joining Aldevron.
