Karachi Women Rally for Palestinians

On October 25, the women's branch of the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi chapter planned a demonstration in the heart of the busy megacity. Their fervent appeal was intended at the nation's authorities, pleading with them to denounce the Zionist regime's ongoing atrocities against the Palestinian people.

Women from Karachi gathered in large numbers on the streets of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, brandishing placards and banners. Their voices were filled with fervent cries criticizing Israel and its Western backers for the ongoing war crimes in Gaza.

Speaking during the event, JI Karachi Chief Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman urged residents to raise their voices and offer donations to help the oppressed Palestinians who have suffered huge human losses as a result of the Zionist government's tyranny.

Rehman went on to harshly condemn the United States, the United Kingdom, and European nations for their constant and indefensible support for Israel's conduct in Gaza, calling western human rights standards "paradoxical." The event served as a striking reminder of the critical need for worldwide awareness and action on the Palestinian people's situation.
