Domino’s Pizza has appointed Kerri Hayman as its ANZ division’s first ever female CEO. Founded in 1960, Domino’s caters in the restaurant industry as one of the world’s top public restaurant brands. The brand has its headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI with specialities in Pizza, Sandwiches, Marketing, Technology, and Data Analytics etc.

Serving as the COO since 2023, Kerri has taken up her new role, making her a beacon of inspiration for all the other women who wants to become known names in the industry. Kerry will be replacing David Burness, the former ANZ CEO.

Expressing her excitement, she wrote on her social media, “Having grown up in the business here in Australia from a young age, it is such an honour to be stepping into the CEO role. We have so many passionate Franchise partners and team members in ANZ and I feel honoured to work alongside each and every one.”

She continued, “My experience as a team member, in operations, and as multi-store owner, has fostered enormous empathy for the rewards and challenges that are an essential part of this business. I believe it has also helped me build credibility with our franchise partners, store managers and team members and now, in this more public facing role, I hope to build that same rapport with our customers, and our shareholders.”
