KeyBank organises Key4Women pitch for Women-owned Businesses

The Key4Women pitch event of KeyBank has been organised recently at Providence Park. The event had community lender Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon along with women’s soccer team the Portland Thorns. The event witnessed a total of 10 finalists’ pitch.

Founded long back in 1849, KeyBank caters in the Banking industry with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, having specialities in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Equipment Leasing, Finance and Investments.

This particular program has been designed for women-owned business serving in Oregon and Southwest Washington, having 89 applicants. These applicants have been evaluated on the basis of business plan and market analysis.

Those 10 finalists continued their pitch for a total of 4 minutes, answering to the questions of the judges afterwards. As per the organisers, the finalists comprised of 5 startups in total, alongside 5 existing businesses. Amongst all the pitchers, the big winner who triumphed her victory was Pallavi Pande, representing her company Dtocs LLC. This firm was founded most recently in 2017, catering in Events Services industry, offering sustainable, single-use dinnerware from palm leaves. It is headquartered in Portland, having won NEXTY AWARD 2019. In addition, Pallavi took away $20,000 first prize.
