Lawrencia Himans Appointed to PETROSOL Board

Lawrencia Himans has been appointed by PETROSOL as its reconstituted Board of Directors’ member. The confirmation has been given by Lawrencia on May 16, 2024.

Holding nearly 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, she is a seasoned accounting and finance professional who’s highly respected in the industry. She has spent her 16 years of career in playing senior leadership roles in the oil and gas sector. In addition, she is also chartered accountant (CA) as well as an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Fellow in UK.

Justifying her prowess, she has been recognized for her outstanding performance and leadership by receiving Exemplary Leadership Award in the year 2023 at the Women in Mining Energy Awards (WiMEA).

Earlier, Lawrencia has joined PETROSOL as the Incoming Head of Finance & Planning in the year 2019. Expressing her thoughts, she said, “I am deeply honoured by the vote of confidence of the shareholders. I am thrilled by the opportunity to work with the other directors in our determination to make PETROSOL a model of excellence in the energy sector.”
