London-Based Aon plc Appoints Jennifer Richards as New CEO of Asia Pacific

• Aon plc has promoted Jennifer Richards to the position of new CEO of Asia Pacific
• She will be reporting to the CEO of Regions, Lori Goltermann
• She undertakes the role of Anne Corona

The global broker and professional services firm, Aon plc has made a recent announcement regarding Jennifer Richards’ promotion to the position of new CEO of Asia Pacific. Currently, she is the leader of the firm’s operation in Australia. She is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in the legal and insurance industry.

According to a media release from Dublin, Jennifer will be reporting to Lori Goltermann, the CEO of Regions. Her role will be effective from March 1, undertaking it from Anne Corona. The release also mentioned about the 13-year journey of Jennifer at Aon.

In addition, she joined the firm in the year 2011 as Client Director, Aon Mergers & Acquisition Solutions in Sydney and later got promoted to Managing Director, Specialities in 2016. Before joining here, she was working with AIG as Senior Vice President, Executive Liability & M&A Insurance Group for nearly seven years, where she was responsible for AIG's M&A insurance product offering in North America, amongst others. She has also worked with Sidley Austin for four years as an Associate, practicing Corporate and Securities law with a focus on Private M&A.

Moreover, Jennifer is also a member of Asia Pacific Global Leadership Team of Aon and Global Inclusion Council of the firm.
