These appointments are designed to boost commercial activities, foster innovation, and ensure the business stays agile in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Charlotte O’Brien has been promoted to head of employee benefits (EB) and joins the UK Executive Team. She has been with MetLife UK for seven years, previously holding roles as head of portfolio retention & growth and deputy national sales manager.
Charlotte has received industry recognition, including being named a finalist in the Women in Sales Awards in 2024 and 2025, and winning Protection Review’s Young Achiever of the Year in 2019. She will focus on expanding MetLife UK’s presence in the employee benefits market and driving sustainable growth in this sector.
