Mofoluwaso Ilevbare On-boarded as new Executive Leader for People & Culture by Allied Pinnacle

Mofoluwaso Ilevbare, a seasoned human resources professional, shall enter Allied Pinnacle to assist in creating the staff of the flour and bakery factory of the future.

Mofoluwaso joins the newly created leadership position with more than two decades of remarkable experience along with a wealth of expertise in human resource strategy, administration, cultures, diversity and inclusion, and talent development.

She previously held senior HR positions in a range of industries, including quickly consumer goods and retail, and she has experience working for prestigious firms like Procter & Gamble and Woolworths Ltd. Mofoluwaso has previously held a variety of leadership positions overseeing the agenda for people and culture in Europe, the U.S., India, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.

Her 20+ years of multicultural experience have led to recognition as one of the Top 100 Global HR Leaders, Top 501 Most Inspiring Global HR Leaders, Top 100 Leading Ladies Africa, Top 100 Career Women Nigeria, and Commercial Icon of the Year - Women in Africa. She has also received a letter of commendation from the state of Georgia for her dedication to empowering women.

Mofoluwaso will spearhead Allied Pinnacle's transformation of its people and culture, enabling the company to achieve its 2026 vision and far beyond. Her duties as a member of the Executive team will include managing all human resource activities and ensuring that the organization's human and cultural strategies are in line with its overall business and development goals.
