The Motwani Jadeja Foundation has formed a revolutionary three-year relationship with TiE Women, a dynamic project within TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) devoted to helping women entrepreneurs throughout the world. This collaboration represents a big step forward in fostering gender diversity and equitable opportunity in the entrepreneurial scene.
The Motwani Jadeja Foundation's founder, Asha Jadeja, will lead this cooperation, financing and supporting five TiE Women participants on an intensive journey to Silicon Valley through the Motwani Jadeja Fellow program.
TiE Women and the Motwani Jadeja Foundation have a common dedication to entrepreneurship, innovation, and societal impact, recognizing the critical role that women entrepreneurs play as change agents.
The partnership's key themes include assistance and mentorship for female-led firms, enhancing the entrepreneurial environment, and encouraging worldwide collaboration. According to Asha Jadeja, "this will have a transformative social impact for many generations."
TiE Women's Founding Co-Chair Dharti Arvind Desai stated, "TiE Global has paved the way for gender parity to be the norm with transparent and process-driven programming."
Famous women entrepreneurs Azima Dhanjee and Dr. Sarita Ahlawat recounted their stories, emphasizing the significant effect of TiE Women on their business paths.
TiE Women is a TiE Global program that includes women entrepreneurs from over 60 countries. With over 600 women getting local chapter-level mentorship and 13 firms obtaining equity-free financing, the initiative has reached important milestones, impacting hundreds of women entrepreneurs.
The Motwani Jadeja Foundation, a non-profit global venture fund, seeks to empower entrepreneurial thinkers and innovators in South Asia, with an emphasis on education, the Maker Movement, and women's rights. Their network encompasses many tech industries and academics, assisting in the resolution of global societal concerns.
