Natalie Davis joins Ramsay Health Care as New CEO

Natalie Davis, the head of supermarkets at Woolworths, has been appointed by Ramsay Health Care, the largest private hospital operator of Australia. She will be taking the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Natalie has been working with Woolworths for last 9 years, acquiring multiple positions year by year. Prior to this, she was the partner at McKinsey & Company for 15 long years. As the Managing Director for Woolworths Supermarkets, she was leading a total of 130,000 employees across 1000 sites in Ausralia.

She holds such an extensive experience as an accomplished senior executive leader, making her a seasoned leader in the industry.

Expressing her thoughts, she said, “Ramsay makes a positive difference in the health and lives of millions of people in communities across Australia, Europe and the UK. The company’s 60-year history is testament to the amazing teams who deliver the very best patient care.
