NIU Appoints Fion Wenjuan Zhou as Board Director

Ms. Fion Wenjuan Zhou has been appointed as a new director of the board of NIU Technologies, the world's leading provider of smart urban mobility solutions, beginning December 25, 2023.

Ms. Fion, the Chief Financial Officer since November 2021, offers a plethora of expertise to her new position. She was named the "Female CFO of the Year" by Barron's China in 2022 after previously serving as CFO at Sogou Inc. and Alibaba Group. She has held top finance positions at Viadeo S.A. in Paris and Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited in New York City.

Ms. Fion is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, in addition to her remarkable professional background. She graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor's degree in Financial Management and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
