A prominent Philadelphia-based staffing and recruitment agency, Nucleus Healthcare announced its new stature as a woman-owned business. The transition of the firm took place through Nucleus by acquisition of Lynn Bruder, the current Chief Executive Officer via NuForce, LLC, doing business as Nucleus Healthcare.

Under the leadership of Lynn, the firm has secured its place as one of the leading healthcare recruiting companies in the country while placing more than 10,000 professionals successfully, in the healthcare and life sciences sectors over the last 4 years.

In addition, prior to joining Nucleus, Lynn was the Chief Operating Officer of ‘Always There Home Care’ for a year and CEO of Quu, Inc for more than 5 years. She has an extensive experience in the partnership creation, revenue generation, strategic planning, organizational management and team building, and brand development.
