NY-Based RBWN launches Women's Success Summit to Empower Career Women

On January 23, 2025, the first-ever Women’s Success Summit is all set to be launched by the Rockland Business Women’s Network (RBWN). It is a one-day event which has been designed with an intent towards empowering as well as assisting females at all stages of their career.

Founded in 1979, RBWN caters in the Strategic Management Services industry with headquarters in West Nyack, New York. They work with a mission towards providing women with opportunities for professional along with business growth via leadership, education and networking.

In addition, the summit will be held at Palisades Center Community Rooms from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while offering a full set of panels, workshops, and networking opportunities. The event is getting organised under the partnership of Bridges, CatBridge, Jawonio, Rockland Works, RTCI-WDB, Wonder Girls, and Economic Development & Tourism.

Aiming to provide practical resources, the summit will also focus on offering expert insights, and motivation for aiding females to take their next step in career. It will offer valuable guidance to all category of women whether they are job seekers, transitioning into a new role or advancing within their current industry. They will get access to engaging panel discussions as well as workshops that are covering essential career topics which includes Landing Your Dream Job, Negotiation of Salary and Promotion, Development of Leadership Skill, Maximizing Personal Value for Career Success, and Understanding Employer Expectations.
