It inspired owners who has small businesses to pursue incredible stories while protecting their businesses and focus on growth and scalability too. It also included a training series of 8-week that features expert guest speakers.

Operation HOPE Senior Director of Disaster Operations Marlon Trone said, “We're excited to expand our signature Operation HOPE small business programming to support Maui's incredible women small business owners, entrepreneurs, and aspirants. We were first on the ground here, along with our partners at FEMA, American Red Cross, and the U.S. Small Business Administration, and recognize that disaster recovery only ends when a thriving economic recovery is fully in place.”

This program has helped women entrepreneurs to understand the market dynamics and voyage on a journey to scale their small businesses with better comprehensive knowledge. This provided the female entrepreneurs to explore and network with others and foster connections that could help them later on their journey with the realm of business.
