Procter & Gamble (P&G) has recently ended its 3rd annual Women Entrepreneurs Academy which was dedicated to offer business development training in order to support women-owned businesses.
The event has covered various topics such as Aligning and Executing Business Strategy, Building Leadership Skills, Empowering Advocacy, Brand Building Strategy, Leveraging Technology, Maximizing Impact & Influence, Making Inroads to MNCs, Procurement Processes and Financial Business Modeling.
Additionally, 16 chosen participants got the opportunity to attend training sessions with industry leaders in addition to networking chances with them while getting exposure towards critical business domains.
The event includes a panel discussion where a key note speech was delivered by Assistant Undersecretary at Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), Her Excellency, Dr. Farah Al Zarooni. The Panel was moderated by P&G Senior Corporate Communications Manager, Suad Shamma. In the panel, various ideas and perspectives has been discussed in order to aid women in business.
