Recharge Capital Appoints Margaret Wang as Managing Partner for Women's Health Strategy & APAC Operations

Margaret Wang has been named Managing Partner of Recharge Capital, a notable $6 billion thematic-first private investment firm, with an emphasis on heading its Women's Health Strategy. Ms. Margaret, the previous Executive Director and Head of Bridgewater Associates Singapore, will also supervise the firm's Singapore office and Asia-Pacific (APAC) activities.

Margaret has vast expertise as a senior executive in global asset management and financial services firms. She previously worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Paxos, a blockchain infrastructure provider, and as the Head of Product Partnerships at Squarespace (NYSE: SQSP), where she led partnerships with companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook, PayPal, Chownow, Acuity Scheduling, and Zola. At Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, she began her career in strategy and business development.

Margaret will play a key role in Recharge Capital's thematic strategy, including Rhea Holdings Co., a $200 million women's healthcare-focused investment vehicle slated to open in June 2023. Through cross-asset class tactics, Rhea Holdings employs a revolutionary private equity structure to promote transformative development in the women's healthcare market.
