Revelstoke Chamber launches Program to Mentor Women

Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce is all set to launch a new program, intending to elevate, connect, empower and mentor women. In an alliance of Maggie Spizzirri with Wild Breathwork, a network shall be created by Women's Leadership Collective that champions female leadership as well as economic empowerment.

Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce’s executive director, Caroline Lachapelle hopes that this program shall shape a supportive and inclusive environment for women of all generations, from youth to retirees, where they can grow and step forward with confidence across

2024 Women in Business Summit Series of Canadian Chamber of Commerce will be the program’s first event which shall take place in Revelstoke. A total of 3 90-minute sessions will be featured during the summit that focuses on boosting representation of women in management, leadership as well as boardrooms, addressing compensation gaps.

Caroline stated, “Held during Canada’s Gender Equality Week, the Women in Business Summit will offer insights from influential thought leaders, accomplished entrepreneurs, and business and chamber leaders from across Canada. This event provides a unique opportunity to expand professional networks and discover strategies to advance women in the business world.”
