Ru'ya Careers UAE Redefined Partners with Women Choice to Empower Women Job Seekers

Ru'ya, Careers UAE Redefined, in its 22nd edition, maintains its aim of connecting qualified UAE Nationals with leading enterprises to develop new job prospects. The event, which will take place from September 19 to 21, 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, has always intended to empower the nation's young and help their job path through engaging seminars, contests, and networking opportunities.

In 2023, Ru'ya is taking an important step towards empowering female job searchers by collaborating with Women Choice to build a section within the exhibition called "Empower Her." The Women Choice team will be on hand throughout the event, providing mentoring from professionals in various sectors and presenting a panel discussion on September 20th at 11:30 a.m. Senior leaders from prominent UAE-based firms will participate in the panel discussion, delivering useful insights into career advancement and work-life balance.
