Serve Robotics announces Lily Sarafan's Appointment to Board of Directors

In a recent announcement, Serve Robotics Inc. (Nasdaq: SERV) revealed that Lily Sarafan has been appointed to the position of Board of Directors (the "Board"). Founded in 2021, the organisation caters in the Technology, Information and Internet industry with headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

In addition, Lily has been working with TheKey from the past 19 years which she co-founded in the year 2005 and now she serves as the Executive Chair. She is also serving as the Member, Board of Trustees at Stanford University from the past 5 years and at Instacart from the past 4 years as Board Member. She is also armed with Master of Science (MS), Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Moreover, Lily was also recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year in addition to Fortune 40 Under 40, Women Health Care Executives' Woman of the Year and lastly Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
