Sheikha Al Mayassa receives Award by ADCWB

Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, Qatar Museums’ (QM) chairperson has received ‘Arab Woman Leader of the Year 2023’ award by Arab Development Council for Women and Business (ADCWB). On June 5, 2024, Qatari Embassy in Beirut has announced the latest achievement of Sheikha Al Mayassa on X platform.

On her behalf, Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani who’s the Qatari ambassador to Lebanon received the award. Sheikh Saud put the emphasis on the dedication towards assisting women in Arab during the announcement while equipping them with the tools in order to stay as the active participants in building a better future.

Sheikha Al Mayassa expressed her gratitude in a statement in X platform to the council for getting the award as well as for receiving it on her behalf, to the Qatari ambassador. She describes herself as “Public Servant 24/7/365” on her social media- Instagram Profile. Her immense work defines what she do for the women and being a woman leader, how she manages to be in the forefront for everything related to women. After receiving the award, she has become a epitome of women leadership and beacon of change in the industry, having best of experience.
