The Global Women's Awards (GWLA) celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2023. The WWLC acknowledged during the event the vital and significant role played by women leaders in the advancement of the contemporary economy, technology, and administrative frameworks, with a view to strengthening commercial and governmental organizations.

Also, it recognized and praised the exceptional leadership and accomplishments exhibited by female leaders, as seen by their distinctive inventions and efforts. The GWLA also urged different business and public sectors to support women's empowerment and promote women leaders in order to activate and hasten the role of working women in institutions via a variety of programs.

The occasion celebrated the accomplishments of women leaders and evaluated their performance in local, national, and international leadership. What's more, it honoured and recognized the potential of ideal female leadership. Ms. Sophia made a brief statement in which she thanked the event's organisers for the honour bestowed upon her and thanked her coworkers for their assistance.

"I want to give God praise for the chance He gives me each and every day. And this is my third time getting an honour locally, including two online and one locally. I simply want to dedicate this to my mother and my siblings, who are like my cheerleaders and my squad. I am really honoured, she said with a smile.

Ms. Sophia claims that she has a fantastic group of young people on her staff who always keep her on her toes. She said, "They give me all the enthusiasm, and I am really thankful. They make it extremely difficult for me to sit down.

She also had the chance to thank Mr. Felix Atsrim of Fedems and Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Executive Chairman of JGC, for their encouragement and support.

A conference that included subjects like "Take control and lead," "Changing Face of Leadership," "The Power of Women Leaders: Triumphs and Challenges," and a workshop on the Seven Habits of Successful Women was held prior to the event.
