In a strategic effort to strengthen its leadership team, IFS, the worldwide cloud enterprise software provider, has named Stephanie Poore as the new Managing Director for its UK and Ireland division, starting immediately. Poore, who previously served as Sales Director UKI, offers an exceptional track record and a thorough grasp of client needs to lead IFS UK and Ireland to continuing success.
Alan Laing takes on the job of Chief Customer Strategist for South West Europe and Latin America, as well as Chairman of UK&I, with the goal of achieving regional customer success. This transition demonstrates IFS' dedication to strengthening its position as a leader in ERP, EAM, FSM, and ESM in important markets.
Stephanie’s promotion is consistent with IFS's commitment to developing talent and encouraging diversity throughout the firm. During her eight-year employment, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, winning the title of Global Sales Director of the Year in 2022. Poore is also the originator of the Women in ERP Podcast, which promotes diversity in the IT field.
The appointment comes after a number of important female leadership appointments at IFS, including Belinda Finch (Chief Information Officer), Cathie Hall (Chief Customer Officer), and Hoda Mansour (Chief Operating Officer, APJ, MEA). André Robberts, President of South and Western Europe and Latin America, praised Poore's leadership abilities and industry knowledge.
Stephanie’s new job will allow her to develop customer-centric initiatives and boost revenue creation. Stephanie said, "I am honoured and excited to take on the role of Managing Director for IFS in the UK and Ireland." This opportunity is not only a career milestone for me, but also demonstrates IFS's commitment to developing diverse leadership." The leadership transition, along with a focus on enhanced customer success, positions IFS for long-term development and innovation in enterprise software.
