Swizzle Ventures' Jessica Kamada raises $5 million for Women's Health Concerns

An SEC filing reveals that a new venture fund has finally come in town i.e., Swizzle Ventures. It is founded by the former COO of marketing agency Bamboo, Jessica Kamada who has raised slightly more than $5 million for its Fund I, without having any target raise amount.

Opened in 2023, the firm is an early-stage firm that caters in the Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals industry with an intent towards investing in organisations that aims to address some of the most pressing concerns women must be facing that includes caretaking, health and wellness, and finances. Headquarters in Seattle, Swizzle Ventures has made investment in min. one firm till date, as per PitchBook: the mental healthcare platform Mavida Health.

Last year, Jessica has posted something regarding the resigning from her job at Bamboo after working for 7.5 long years with no plans in hand for what’s coming next. Currently, she also the Growth Consultant & Advisor at Swizzle Consulting, LLC. Since 2022 and at RedDropCo for nearly 2 years as Growth Advisor. From her career experience, she has also worked with One Kings Lane for just over a year. Besides, she is also certified with Google Adwords from Google and Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
