As per the statements by officials, the 2026 Women´s Asian Cup final is going to be hosted by the Sydney´s Stadium Australia. The host nation will be kicking off the tournament in March 1, 2025 at Perth.

It is a three-week event shall commence at a total of five venues across Gold Coast, Sydney and Perth, featuring the top 12 teams of Asia. The stadium in Australia can hold 83,500-capacity, hosting two quarter-finals as well as a semi-final while the other one will be held at Perth Stadium with a 60,000 capacity.

In an official statement, James Johnson, the chief of Football Australia stated, “The release of the match schedule for the AFC Women´s Asian Cup Australia 2026 marks an exciting milestone on our journey to hosting this prestigious tournament. This tournament is not only about the competition on the pitch -- it is about uniting communities, celebrating our diversity, and building a lasting legacy for the growth of the women´s game in Australia.”

Moreover, the country witnessed a bumper crowd at the time of co-hosting Women´s World Cup with New Zealand in 2023.
