Talkspace & Evernow Collaborate for Menopause Mental Health

Talkspace (NASDAQ: TALK), a virtual mental health startup, has partnered with Evernow, a digital menopausal care organization, in an effort to advance mental health options for women. Members of Evernow will have complimentary access to self-guided therapy sessions on Talkspace designed exclusively for persons experiencing perimenopause and menopause as a result of this agreement. These sessions combine psychoeducation, reflections, exercises, and journaling to help people manage symptoms related with this time of life.

Additionally, Evernow members get access to on-demand courses and classes offered by therapists, which provide knowledge to assist them manage perimenopause and menopause efficiently. Dr. Alicia Jackson, CEO and creator of Evernow, underlines the necessity of addressing the relationship between anxiety, sadness, and the perimenopause transition, stressing the collaboration's possibility to provide specialized treatment.

This is Talkspace's first foray into women's health partnerships, with an emphasis on a complete whole-person health strategy. Natalie Cummins, Chief Business Officer of Talkspace, anticipates the formation of further strategic collaborations in the women's health space, with the goal of addressing the many requirements that women experience at various periods of their life.

The collaboration with Evernow is part of a larger trend in which behavioral health firms are increasingly integrating with women's health. LifeStance, a major outpatient mental health provider, established a collaboration with Gennev, a digital health platform that provides women with tailored menopausal care programs, earlier this year. This joint endeavor reflects a growing understanding of the linked nature of women's health and the need for comprehensive assistance at all phases of life.
