Teleperformance celebrates TP Women at IWM Summit

A global digital business services company, Teleperformance in the Philippines has celebrated TP women during its International Women’s Month Summit. Established in 1978, the firm serves in the Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting industry that specializes in Omnichannel, Rightshore, Contact Center on Demand etc.

Besides the celebration, Teleperformance took a step ahead while signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles (UN Women and UN Global Compact), which was marked by TP as well. This shows the firm’s dedication towards gender equality in addition to women’s empowerment in the workplace.

The attendees were present during the ceremony alongside Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer; senior leaders; and TP Women leaders.

Toni Tompar, TP Women Chair and Executive Vice President of Operations said in her statement, “[We value] support instead of criticism, respect instead of judgment, and encouragement instead of devaluation.
