The Global Summit of Women 2023 to be held in Dubai

The global business and economic forum for women leaders, the Global Summit of Women 2023 to be held in Dubai. This will be the first time in 33 years in history, the event will take place from 4 May to 6 May 2023.

The Global Summit of Women will be organized by the US-based Globewomen Research & Education Institute which will bring together around 800 representatives from 70 economies. The dignitaries will engage in active cross-border networking, and exchange their experiences, and strategic and innovative solutions to advance women's economic progress globally.

The Summit will highlight the following:

"Doing Business with the UAE" which will be a special session led by Dr. Maryam buti al Suwaidi, CEO of the Securities and Commodities Authority, and Abdulla bin Tocq, UAE's Minister for the Economy. This session will majorly focus on providing ideas and crucial information to the delegates which is needed to form future business alliances and opportunities.

A Ministerial Roundtable will also be held during the Summit. It will be attended by around 25 Ministers and other government officials. This will discuss the programs that will improve women's lives economically.

The 36th report on women directors internationally will also be released during the event which is the first-ever report on women board directors in the MENAT region. This report will cover 1,148 listed companies in 16 economies.

The theme of the Global Summit will be "Women: Leading a New Climate of Change". The delegates will be discussing how women are utilizing innovative strategies and technologies to increase their economic possibilities. The Summit will be attended by a large number of women delegates from various countries.
