Rolls-Royce, a global engine-maker has announced the appointment of Anita Frew as incoming chair. With this Frew will be the first woman to be appointed to the role in its 115-year history. Anita is currently the chair of the chemicals group Croda. She is slated to join the Rolls-Royce board on July 1.
