Toshiba VP Kim Jones Named Stevie Finalist

The esteemed Stevie Awards for Women in Business Competition has named Kim Jones, Vice President of Human Resources at Toshiba America Business Solutions, as a finalist.

On November 10, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City, the winners of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards will be announced.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business recognize the outstanding contributions made by female executives, business owners, and workers to their organizations and communities around the world.

Through her exceptional leadership at Toshiba and unrelenting dedication to diversity, equity, and community involvement, Kim earned her berth as a finalist.

In her 15 years at Toshiba, Kim has been committed to supporting important people initiatives and attaining substantial corporate goals. She created and oversaw Toshiba's diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) initiative, promoting a culture that values all viewpoints.

Her initiatives have also increased the diversity of the candidate pool for jobs, which is in line with industry standards. Kim is committed to community engagement in addition to her professional achievements.

She has aggressively pushed for a long-term strategy to aid the Orangewood Foundation, a charitable organization that helps foster children in Orange, California. Through this effort, Toshiba employees can give their time and resources in order to have a significant impact.
