In order to announce the launch of a new membership community called NOORA, Aurora50, a training and development company based in the United Arab Emirates that focuses on creating inclusive workplaces, partnered with notable organisations like Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), Accenture, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), Emirates Group, and ENOC. The programme is to assist aspirational women in business, from entry-level supervisors to executives of leaders, and it will promote the UAE's endeavours to attain a third of women in positions of leadership.

Like-minded and ambitious women from various sectors, ethnicities, and professional backgrounds may interact and support one another in the real world community provided by NOORA. Research from the US Kellogg School of Management, which showed that women with a strong inner circle are more likely to be promoted, supported the idea to establish such a network.

Co-founder of Aurora50 Diana Wilde expressed her happiness at starting NOORA with strong and dedicated founding partners. She underlined the need of networking for women to develop in their careers and said the new platform will provide them the chance to spearhead projects and find solutions to business problems.

Regular in-person networking opportunities and in-person workshops addressing industry concerns will be available to NOORA members. They may also communicate with each other at any time via an online membership platform, which encourages ongoing assistance and cooperation.

NOORA's founding partners, Emirates Group, TAQA, Accenture, EGA, and ENOC, expressed their excitement in supporting this programme. TAQA's Chief Human Resources Officer, Nabil Almessabi, emphasised the company's dedication to empowering women and improving their work environment. Accenture's Senior Practise Lead for Marketing, TJ Lightwala, also serves as the Middle East's lead for Inclusion and Diversity. She emphasised the company's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace culture that values equality and diversity.

As General Counsel and Head of Ethics & Business Integrity at Emirates Global Aluminium, Katherine Hahm stressed the value of giving aspirational women a forum for networking and career advancement. Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Emirates Group Oliver Grohmann stated that the company is excited to support women's empowerment both inside the company and in the society at large. The Group CEO of ENOC, Saif Humaid Al Falasi, stressed the company's dedication to fostering female employees' success and advancing gender equality in the United Arab Emirates.

The introduction of NOORA is a big step in the direction of creating a welcoming atmosphere for UAE women in business leadership positions. With the support of these well-known partners, the project is poised to revolutionise the business environment in the nation and foster the advancement of women leaders across a range of sectors.
