Uber Australia’s Advertising Division has announced the appointment of two female leaders, Julia Edwards and Shalyce McLean. The new addition to the company’s leadership team will support Uber Australia’s early traction across its core verticals and agency partners.
Julia Edwards has been onboarded to head the division’s Strategic Verticals and CPG team. In her new role she will be reporting to Michael Levine, Head of advertising and heading a team spread across Australia and New Zealand. Julia’s primary focus will be to build the Advertising business’ product proposition for the ANZ market while making clients understand Uber’s advertising tools. Julia’s expertise lies in Integrated Marketing Strategy, Programmatic Technology, and Consultative Servicing.
Shalyce McLean has been appointed as Uber Australia’s Advertising Division’s lead for advertising offering. She will also be reporting to Michael Levine.
