In the face of continued geopolitical instability and Russia's assault on Ukraine, the world has witnessed the Ukrainian people's tenacity and the extraordinary support they have gotten from enterprises all around the world. Among these business heroes are notable women who demonstrate compassion, solidarity, and corporate responsibility in the face of hardship.

TIMAK was formed by Arjeta Puca, a young entrepreneur from Tirana, Albania, during the COVID-19 epidemic. Despite the epidemic and Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Arjeta's firm specialized in modifying vehicles for emergency services, police, and defense forces in Albania and abroad. Because to the company's agility and worldwide experience, 11 ambulances were sent to Ukraine on short notice, resulting in an additional 50 ambulance orders and global recognition. Arjeta's leadership exemplifies the tenacity and perseverance of women in business.

Nataliya and Stanislav Horbachevskiy formed Task Force in Ukraine, which is one of the top 25 Eastern European language service providers and one of the top five fastest-growing LSPs in the world. Nataliya created Task Force in 2011 with the goal of transforming the translation profession, driven by her passion for philology. Not only does the organization provide translation services in over 100 languages, but it also promotes humanitarian causes by assisting Ukrainian children, refugees, and entrepreneurs in transferring their enterprises.

TIMAK and Task Force, two women-led enterprises, serve as significant models of female entrepreneurship and corporate responsibility, having a positive effect even in the face of difficulty. Their accomplishments and devotion demonstrate the critical role that women play in generating good change and perseverance in difficult times.
