A crucial memorandum of cooperation has been signed by the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry’s (TCCI) Women Entrepreneurs Board (WEB) with an intent to launch the Turkic Business Hub digital platform.
The launch took place on November 19, 2024, at the third WEB general assembly and Turkic World Business Women forum, as reported by Asmar National Association of Women Entrepreneurs. In addition, Turkic Business Hub has an aim towards creating favorable conditions in Turkic countries for entrepreneurs, boosting trade as well as unlocking new opportunities for women-led businesses. IT will also foster a digital ecosystem, intending to standardize regulations along with consulting programs in order to enhance business processes and access to the global market.
The program plans to mentor and experience exchange system while connecting successful leaders to the aspiring entrepreneurs, including an e-commerce and financing platform for simplifying capital access and speed up new business initiatives. The platform has been expected for launching more than 100 joint business initiatives, increasing trade transactions amongst the countries who are taking part in the first two-three years of operation.
Gathering almost 200 delegates from Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Uzbekistan, the event included entrepreneurs, investors, experts, and government officials.
