At the Ennakhil Association in Marrakech, Morocco, First Lady Jill Biden gave a stirring address about the significance of women's empowerment and the necessity for women to band together to make the world a better place. Jill complimented the Ennakhil Association's and its founder Zakia's efforts to advance women's rights and boost those of people with disabilities in Morocco.

Jill emphasised the value of women's voices and the obstacles women have had to overcome in order to be heard. She discussed the abuse, hatred, prejudice, and exclusion that women have endured, but she also made the point that women have never kept quiet. According to Jill, women can rewrite the histories of injustice and inequality by banding together to mentor, heal, and share their stories.

Jill also emphasised the advantages for society and the economy of empowering women. Women invest their earnings in their families, the economy, and the prosperity of others. Women who are empowered to engage fully in society build more tranquil, stable communities. Jill said that the United States supports women all across the world and recognises the value of empowering them.

Jill lauded King Mohammed the Sixth's initiatives to uplift women and young people as well as the enduring relationship and collaboration between the United States and Morocco. She also discussed her encounter with Princess Lalla Hasna, who offered information on her efforts to teach kids and teenagers the value of preserving the environment. Jill stated her eagerness to bring Princess Lalla Hasna's narrative back to the US and to seek out other chances for mutual learning.

Latifa Ibn Ziaten, a proponent of world peace, is quoted by Jill as saying, "Dream about something lovely...and when you pray, utter a prayer of love and peace. Jill urged the audience to collaborate with one another to fight injustice, fix what is damaged, and create something new. She urged women to stand shoulder to shoulder and help each other up when they fall, to be the arms of welcome and the hands of compassion.
