Her career spans across various technical and specialist sectors, earning her recognition as Board Member of the Year at Business Women Scotland and Women’s Enterprise Scotland.

In her new role, Gillian will focus on developing effective and strategic plans pertaining to personnel, leadership, and corporate culture. She will also prioritize talent cultivation and the well-being of employees.
