Wells Fargo Strengthens Commitment towards Black Women-Owned Businesses

During Woman Evolve Conference 2024 in Texas’ Arlington, the commitment of Wells Fargo towards aiding customers as well as communities for achieving greater financial success has been made loud and clear.

The bank has taken center stage during the conference with a commitment to empower diverse and Black women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. They mentioned about the importance of unlocking the growth, specifically for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

The female attendees arrived at the conference with an eager to learn, connect, and grow, which serves as a testament to the bank’s commitment for ensuring that diverse businesses get the access to capital, financial education, mentorship, and community.

Wells Fargo’s head of Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) Kristy Fercho stated, “Our commitment to DE&I is more than a strategy; it’s core to who we are as a company. We are striving to integrate DE&I into everything we do because we understand it’s critical to our ability to serve the evolving needs of our customers.”
