weVENTURE Women's Business Center recognized by SBA

U.S. Small Business Administration has recognized weVENTURE Women’s Business Center of Florida Tech as the 2024 South Florida District and State of Florida Women’s Business Center of the Year. weVENTURE WBC is Bisk College of Business’ program as well as one of 10 award recipients recognized in this 2024 Small Business Week awards.

24 countries in southern Florida that even includes Brevard County has been covered by SBA South Florida district that comes to the centre’s 8^th time being recognized for service excellence from the SBA. weVENTURE WBC, which was established in the year 2007 aspire to become the leading voice in addition to professional women and entrepreneurs’ resource on the Space and Treasure coasts.

Ted Richardson, College of Business Dean stated, “Congratulations to the weVENTURE WBC team for this wonderful achievement. To be recognized as the best among a strong group of women’s business centers across the Sunshine State is truly commendable.”

Alongside 9 winners, weVENTURE WBC shall be recognized in May, 2024 at events around the district. The awards will be given by Althea Harris, SBA South Florida Deputy District Director Administrator on monthly luncheon May 1, 2024 at Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.
