With Biden Dropping Out, Kamala Harris to become Democratic Presidential Nominee

Kamala Harris, the US Vice President has been endorsed by Joe Biden to become a new Democratic presidential nominee to which she states that "earn and win" the party’s nomination is her primary intension and also says "do everything in my power" to keep the nation united in order to defeat Donald Trump, her Republican rival in November 2024.

With Joe Biden’s assistance, the US VP has taken a step forward to become the next Democratic presidential nominee following her withdrawal from the race for White House. In addition, she is entirely ready to be the 1^st Black woman and 1^st Asian American who will be leading major American political party’s ticket.

In a statement, she said, “I am honoured to have the President's endorsement and my intention is to earn and win this nomination.”

It is still not clear whether Kamala Harris would become the nominee or not, even after Joe Bidden’s support.

Meanwhile, Kamala stated, “On behalf of the American people, I thank Joe Biden for his extraordinary leadership as President of the United States and for his decades of service to our country.”

Adding to the statement, she says, “And that is what I will continue to do in the days and weeks ahead. I will do everything in my power to unite the Democratic Party -- and unite our nation-- to defeat Donald Trump and his extreme Project 2025 agenda... We have 107 days until Election Day. Together, we will fight. And together, we will win.”
