Women In Digital (WID) Holds Cybersecurity Workshop in Dhaka

Women in Digital (WID) hosted a thorough workshop on cybersecurity and associated topics at its Mohammadpur office in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on December 9, 2023, to address the rising worries of female entrepreneurs about cyber risks.

Achia Nila, Women in Digital's visionary creator, shone light on the worrisome growth of cybercrime and bullying not just inside the organization's community but across the country. Recognizing the special obstacles that women face in the digital arena, the program intended to provide participants with the information and skills they needed to navigate the complicated environment of online security.

Achia stressed the crucial importance of awareness efforts to protect everyone's safety, with a special emphasis on supporting women entrepreneurs through cyber awareness activities. Women in Digital has been in the forefront for the last three years, providing crucial aid to over a thousand women through various cyber support programs and establishing direct relationships with the Bangladesh Police.

Women in Digital has been devoted to increasing women's financial empowerment through technology since its establishment in 2013. The group is actively engaged in giving technology-related training to women and strives to develop a diverse and safe digital community.
