On January 16 and 18, 2024, in Davos, Switzerland, the Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a global organization that promotes women's leadership and innovation, will take part in the World Economic Forum. Themes including Women in Leadership, Business Innovation, and AI's Transformative Potential will be the main focus of the event. The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2024, which is scheduled for January 15–19 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, aims to restore trust by promoting values like accountability, transparency, and consistency. More than 100 governments, international organizations, leaders of civil society, entrepreneurs, experts, and new outlets will be present, along with 1000 Forum Partners.
"We at WIN think that inclusive conversations can spur positive change," said Stuti Jalan, the organization's founder. Our panel discussions at Davos aim to give women a voice by emphasizing their contributions to leadership, innovation, and the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. We are thrilled to take the lead and have an impact on the discussion regarding women's contributions to a more inventive future.
There will be three distinct stages to the panel discussion, which are as follows:
Diverse leadership teams' role in promoting creativity, innovation, and problem-solving will be covered in the first panel, "Women in Leadership: Discuss How Diverse Leadership Teams Contribute to Innovation and Business Success". Stuti Jalan, curator, will moderate a panel of experts from a variety of industries, including psychiatry, gender equality, technology, finance, aviation, and leadership psychology.
The role that trailblazing women serve in advancing sustainability and innovation will be covered in the second panel, "Trailblazing Women: In a New Era of Innovation". Trailblazers including Sanskriti Thakur, Vasundhara Oswal, Dr. Aarti Gupta, and Komal Sharma will be present at the event, which is being held at Invest India's India Engagement Lounge.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development, the Government of India, the Confederation of Indian Industry, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are hosting the "We Lead Lounge" on January 18, 2024, where the final panel, "Women and AI: 2 Powerful Forces Changing the World," will take place. It will examine how AI can help close the gender gap and create more work environments. Speakers from unDavos, QuantumfAi, Mia Mission Impact Academy, AI Nexus Healthcare Inc., Asha AI, and India Today Group will attend.
