Harvard Business School has taken out a new study revealing the reasons behind more women managers in the workplace. Established in 1908, the business school is a part of Harvard University and specialises in business education, research, and MBA.

The report says women managers are much better in building rapport amongst mixed-gender teams because lack of communication can cause poor productivity and customer dissatisfaction, especially between managers and their employees. It also reveals that these women managers are leading better organizational performance and greater employee retention.

The data that has been used in the study was taken from a fast-food chain in Colombia by Harvard Business School Researchers, underling cisgender men managing other men in a better way and cisgender women do the same with other women but when the staffs contain both men and women, then women outplay the men when it comes to rapport. This happens by creating optimal schedules, looking out for the workers' interests, and discussing and reaching goals.

According to the report, women are represented in a poor manner at management level in nearly every industry. If they are given better chance and opportunities to lead then the circumstances can improvise productivity.
