Women of MENA in Technology partners with Deloitte to Bridge Gender Gap in STEM

Women of MENA in Technology is a global organizational platform aimed towards empowering women from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region) in STEM fields. This non-profit organization was founded in 2015 in Silicon Valley, and establishes diversity and a gender gap in STEM in the world through inclusion, mentoring, and education for women in the MENA region.

This is a partnership that represents certainly advancements on the journey towards more inclusive workplaces offering opportunities for women in MENA working in technology space. According to Sepideh Nasiri, the founder of Women of MENA in Technology, "We are pleased to have Deloitte as a sponsor in taking further our mission in promoting work environments with an inclusion mentality." Collective responsibility toward diversity and inclusion; and true inclusivity is only when all women, including MENA women in tech, are at the table. The organization is keen on becoming the top destination for MENA women in STEM, looking forward to connecting, learning, and thriving together.
