A bold forecast for the future of women in IT has been made by Anastasia Denisova, co-founder and CEO of Realiste MENA, a top prop-tech business in the UAE that creates AI-based solutions for real estate investments. By 2030, she said, women may make up 30% of the MENA region's IT workforce.

Realiste MENA has been at the forefront of innovation in the real estate sector, transforming how people invest in property by utilising artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technology. Anastasia, the company's CEO, is a supporter of diversity and inclusion in the IT sector because she understands the crucial part that women can play in fostering development and innovation.

Anastasia Denisova claims that the MENA area has recently made tremendous progress towards fostering gender equality and that many smart women are already making a difference in the IT industry. She thinks there is still a lot of work to be done, though, to guarantee that women have equal possibilities to excel in the field.

“I observe many intelligent, strong women in the MENA area who advance the sector's technological development”. According to Anastasia, “I think that with all the efforts made by the public and commercial sectors, there will be even more female experts leading or managing creative enterprises.”

The CEO's forecast is consistent with an expanding trend in the IT industry towards more female inclusion and diversity. Having a more diverse workforce has advantages for many businesses, including improved innovation, enhanced efficiency, and higher profitability.

Recent statistics show that 23% of companies established in the area in 2020 were led by women. Also, at the university level, women make up approximately half, and occasionally even more, of the STEM students in the MENA nations. A majority of scientific graduates are women in eleven of the 18 Arab republics. Due to this trend, women are now playing a bigger part in high-profile innovation initiatives in the area, such the UAE's Mars Hope probe, where they made up 80% of the participating scientists.

Realiste MENA is dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the IT sector, and the firm is actively trying to do so as part of the drive towards more diversity and inclusion. The prognosis made by Anastasia urges other businesses and organisations to support this vital cause.
