Zappi Boosts Leadership with CMO & International MD Appointments

Agile market research platform Zappi has announced crucial appointments to its executive team, indicating a substantial shift toward the company's worldwide development and ongoing innovation. Following a record-breaking year in 2023, Zappi has promoted Nataly Kelly as Chief Marketing Officer and elevated Babita Earle to the post of International Managing Director.

Zappi's success in 2023 was fueled by the introduction of Amplify 2.0, a consumer-centric ad production system, as well as the integration of AI-enabled technology throughout its platform. Major businesses such as PepsiCo, SoFi, and McDonald's used Zappi to optimize over 26,000 concepts based on feedback from over four million customers.

Steve Phillips, CEO and co-founder of Zappi, expressed enthusiasm for the new appointments, saying, "We are deeply committed to revolutionizing the market research industry through AI-enabled technology that enhances processes and ensures our world-class customers are equipped to glean valuable insights from each new data point."

Nataly Kelly, the recently hired Chief Marketing Officer, has over 20 years of expertise developing brands and driving development for digital firms. Nataly, who is based in Boston, is known for her worldwide marketing experience and former post as Chief Research Officer at CSA Research.

Babita Earle, who was formerly EVP of Global Enterprise Partnerships and was elevated to International Managing Director, has over two decades of expertise in technology and digital consumer insights. Her leadership has been critical in building important customer connections and increasing Zappi's platform penetration in the business.

Melissa Clucas, who was recently appointed Chief Financial Officer, has financial expertise and a decade of experience leading high-growth SaaS firms. Melissa is based in Boston and is in charge of worldwide finance, accounting, and revenue operations.

The expanded leadership team is set to accelerate Zappi's objective of democratizing worldwide access to consumer data, with a focus on innovation and customer success. Nataly and Babita will discuss linked business equity during Zappi's Global & Local webinar on February 14, 2024.
