In addition, Donna Karan (also known as Donna Ivy Faske) is an American fashion designer, born on 1948 in New York. She has created 2 clothing labels i.e., Donna Karan New York and DKNY. Beginning her career as an assistant designer, Donna joined Anne Klein in the 1960s and later got promoted to associate designer in 1971. She has also received awards like Coty American Fashion Critics’ Award in 1977, Coty American Fashion Critics’ Award (together with Louis Dell’Ollio for Anne Klein) in 1982, amongst other.
