Ginny Gill, a seasoned professional with an MBA and more than 15 years of corporate experience, discovered her passion for the culinary arts while working at Natures Basket in 2008. Despite her success in business, Ginny was drawn to the world of gourmet cuisine, inspired by the varied flavours and culinary traditions she discovered while traveling. Ginny Gill set out to develop her own culinary company, motivated by a desire to turn her passion become a reality. In 2012, she accomplished her ambition by opening C'est La Vie, a delightful café in the dynamic core of Nirvana Courtyard.

C'est La Vie exemplifies Ginny’s vision of authenticity and creativity, which can be seen in every part of the restaurant, from the welcoming decor to the expertly crafted food.
