Despite her success in business, Ginny was drawn to the world of gourmet cuisine, inspired by the varied flavours and culinary traditions she discovered while traveling. Ginny Gill set out to develop her own culinary company, motivated by a desire to turn her passion become a reality. In 2012, she accomplished her ambition by opening C'est La Vie, a delightful café in the dynamic core of Nirvana Courtyard.
