Minali Gaba, a former fashion designer turned entrepreneur, has earned a name for herself on Mumbai's crowded streets with her culinary business, Farmers' Café, which opened in 2017. Minali is from India, and her adventure began with her successful enterprise, The Nuttyway, which sells unusual granola bars.
